Coffee-Infused Chocolate Brownies:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coffee, cooled
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a separate bowl.
