Coffee-Infused Chocolate Brownies:


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup coffee, cooled


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until well combined.
